Indian men who were already getting oppressed by biased and women centric Laws prevailing in the Judicary system of India have taken the load of educating and opposing the attempts of feminist groups to Criminalize Maritial Rape.
Why Oppose such a Law??? Must be a question arising in the readers mind!
Well the answer to this question is rooted deep in social, economical, emotional blackmailing and suffering of Indian Men who are already facing False cases under biased laws like 498A, PWDV, DP, 125 etc.
Many have lost everything! their pride, social status, jobs, kids, money, property, family, many lost their parents, (commited suicide), forced to commit suicide themselves too.
All in the name of women protection and women empowerment.
India is a country where many law makers without thinking through have made such rediculous and one sided biased laws, that it fails the basic fabric of many Articles of own constitution and even violates International basic human rights.
INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY BEYOND RESONABLE DOUBT
Has been replaced with
GUILTY UNTIL YOU CAN PROVE YOU ARE INNOCENT SPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A MALE.
Women uses prevailing Laws like 498A, DP, PWDV, 125, and many more, just to satisfy her personal ego, and settle scores with her Husband or members of In-Laws family members, or to blackmail them in the name of these laws, where her words are treated as gossple truth.
Anyone she names under these laws is automatically considered as a guilty, and the burdern of proof is also on the accused person,
where as on the other hand the crimes with capital punishment, even MURDER, has the burdern of proof on the accuser.
Now such a dual standard biased laws prevailing in the judical system divides the system and are not equal for all. There is also no listening ear for men.
Even the Apex court has acknowledged the wide misuse of women centeric biased laws in India and termed it as “Legal Terrorism” many times. Yet no hard and concrete measures to counters,decreasing or crimanalise the registeration of such false FIR and complaints has been invented or put in place.
Women and her money minded greedy associates are openly misusing these laws and making a mockery out of these laws.
In view of the above it is crystal clear that crimanalising Marital Rape will only aid such ill intentioned women to file further more cases against the husband and his family members.
Request to Indian Law Makers reading this post, kindly first make sure that the laws you make are omnidirectional and serve every cast, creed , gender equally.
Before crimanalising maritial rape, crimanalise filing of false cases.
